Her first accounts and experiences are moving. It showed resilience in the face of danger and uncertainties of war. Loung described her experiences as a child soldier, being in a labor camp and experiencing the horrors of separation from family.

Ready Player One is a book about a dystopian future where the Earth has degraded into a horrible state, with widespread poverty, disease, war and famine. The only thing keeping the human race going is the OASIS, an artificial virtual reality world where people spend most of their time in, free from the troubles that reality gives them.

The book follows teenager Wade Watts, who is on a quest to find an Easter Egg within this massive video game of a world, as it grants whoever finds it full control over the OASIS. He is far from the only one searching though, and he winds up trying to stop IOI, the world's largest internet service provider, from getting the egg and implementing freedom-restricting measures on the OASIS for their own personal gain.

The book has a lot of  action and cool themes (specifically the 1980s theme of the OASIS egg hunt), but what I like the most about it is the social commentary. It talks about a world that was destroyed due to excessive mining and usage of fossil fuels. This book is one of my favorites and I think this is a great read for people who love drama and crime. There are quite a few parts that include topics that could be offensive, mature, and some content that mostly older kids will have a good understanding of. ‘The Hate U Give’ is a book that is very hard to put down once you start to read. Overall, reading this book would guarantee to change your view of the world.
