Firstly, I want to view the variety of landscapes of Israel. For instance, I want to see the small crater in the Negev Desert. A geological, erosional landform in Negev Desert, the small crater represents the many cycles of Israel’s history. A colorful sunset is captured in an old quarry building that stands on what was once a Roman fortress..

Secondly,I want to try out all the different cuisines they have in Israel. For instance, the Falafel is no doubt a core element in the Israeli cuisine. It is also served with Pita Bread, and the traditional Israeli salads and pickles. Another famous dish is the Shakshuka. The Shakshuka is the traditional breakfast fare of Israel. It reminds me of western style Huervos Rancheros in that involves a mix of peppers, tomatoes, and coriander served hot as a nest for the eggs to cook in. Not only the dishes, I would also want to take a bite into the Israeli Pomegranates. Just looking at those sweet and juicy Pomegranates makes my mouth watery and hungry for that fruit..
