Based on my own observation and experience, the functions of internet in travel agencies towards their daily business activities are :
- connect the travel agencies with customers.
- update the business in the internet.
- create the travel agency webpage so that people will know about their travel agency.
put the packages that they offer in the webpage.

2. In my opinion, travel agency is still relevant in conducting travel and tour to tourists for the next 5 years because :
- travel agency are an expert, knowledgeable in schedules, routing, lodging, currency, prices, regulations, destinations and all aspects of travel and travel opportunities.
