         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think this is a great goal to have! If I was in the same situation, my only difficulty would be finding the time to do the exercises. Overall, it could improve your dancing ability and health, which is a win-win. It is also a very realistic goal to have. Perhaps start off slow with a set number of workouts to do, and then slowly add more sets and increase the difficulty. Good luck!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>You have a good plan already, which is obviously a great place to start.  I'm not a dancer, but I do know that exercise is important to becoming a great one, and you seem to be on track with what you need to work on.  I suggest looking up professional dancer's exercise routines then from there evaluate what you do well and what you don't from the routine.</div>]]></description>
