There are no orientation for me because I already knew this place. But I still need to learn all the packages that Tiram Travel Ipoh have. I need to understand the packages so that I can handle with the customers. The main package that Tiram Travel Ipoh provided to the customers are Umrah and Hajj package. So we display the flyers in the front of door. It will make the customers easy to see and grab the flyers when the coming in to the office. After 2 hours of the meeting, Mr. Bahakhi bring us to some interesting place in Johor to see around the Johor. A lot of beautiful things that I can see during this trip to Johor. I also get to learn some new things in others place. With this trip, we really get to know each other and create the moments together. I hope there are some activities that can bring us together to meet again in the future. We can see how many people available for that trip in that date. All pilgrims that came to listen to the course, must be registered first before they enter to the surau. This registration is to make sure how many people that come today to give them guidebook. Haji Alias is the one that giving the speech to our pilgrims. He explained the details what we must do and don't when we are there. He also showed to the audience how to wear Hajj clothing for men.

After 2 hours, we take a break and give them some breakfast to go with second session of the course. Then we continue with the course. This time Haji Alias demo to us how to Tawaf with mini Mekah that we made for this learning. Haji Alias teach them properly so that our pilgrims understand the way how to do it and to make sure that our pilgrims didn't make mistake when their arrive at Mekah. He also advice them a lot of things when we are at there. We must behave properly in other country. We also need to put the detail on what types of bed that they are choose for this package. This is needed because we need to booking with the hotels. The hotels need this detail for them to manage our pilgrims order. After we finish fill up all the details needed, we just need to click on the "Confirm Booking". HQ department still can't give us the stock of bags because they still in process. But there are some customers that will go to their trip to Mekah in a few days left that still haven't receive their bags.
