         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. How does this connect to the holistic child? How can we be more explicit about academic dishonesty. What is 'working together' and what is plagiarism? We should have way more focused rules about academic dishonesty. Very important to be intentional and positivity, but with strong structure. Caring culture will carry over into the classroom- what is the 'weather' like in you classroom?<br><br>2. We are slightly concerned about the merit/demerit levels, but likely to use demerits way less. Glad that restorative practices are being emphasized, would love to have more training/facilitation for restorative conversations.</div>]]></description>
