         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Dango is a traditional Japanese rice cake that is chewy and soft.</p><p>2. It is made from glutinous rice flour and comes in different colors and flavors.</p><p>3. You can eat dango with sweet sauces for a tasty treat.</p><p>4. To make dango, start with 200g of glutinous rice flour and 150ml of water.</p><p>5. In a big bowl, mix the rice flour, 30g of sugar (optional), and a pinch of salt.</p><p>6. Slowly add water while stirring until you have a soft dough.</p><p>7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them in a steamer.</p><p>8. Steam them over boiling water for 15-20 minutes.</p><p>9. After steaming, let them cool and sprinkle with cornstarch to stop them from sticking.</p><p>10.
