Der jetzige Besitzer würde das Anwesen mit 6ha mit Altem und neuem Haus aus Altersgründen verkaufen oder aber das Projekt weiter gemeinsam planen. Er ist schon 9 Jahre dort und es wurde schon viel Infrastruktur aufgebaut.

Es soll ein Dorf entstehen, in der Pampa am Lake Viktoria. Franz-Josef sucht erstmal finanzielle Unterstützung, damit der erste Hektar (~€20.000) schonmal gekauft werden kann und ein paar kleine Häuschen (ca. €5.000 each) gebaut werden können. Land gibt‘s viel und günstig. Das Wetter ist tropisch und die Erde fruchtbar. Sprache ist englisch.
