         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.</strong> Healthy living to most people means both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person. In many instances, physical and mental health are closely linked, so that a change (good or bad) in one directly affects the other.<br><br><strong>2.</strong>  <mark>My gols :</mark><br> - eat healthy food <br>- sleep at least 6 hours<br>- do some sports<br>- drink a lot of water<br><br><strong>3.</strong> technology has led us to sit more. And sitting is the new smoking when it comes to health problems. However, technology has also helped push us to get more active.</div><div>We just have to take examples of Fitbit, pedometer, and apps that follow our steps. They all encourage us to achieve our daily goals - setting personal goals to get us to walk more and achieve goals that we know are realistic for us. While there is a goal of walking at least 10,000 steps a day, that just doesn't seem realistic to many.
