i travelled to three different islands back to back with my colleagues from school. One of the islands was Bodufulhadhoo. we were invited  for lunch from one of the residents. it was a totally new experience for me as i havent been to another island for for ages. 

as i entered the house i was warmly welcomed by a group of pleasant ladies who had already laid the table with numerous choices of food. it was a traditional meal. we had crystal clear garudhiya with several other supplements like theluli faiy, theluli mas, rihaakuru, thelili fiyaa, fin=hunumas and much more.. the aroma of it filled my tummy instantly.

We were all so excited that we can go and feed the fishes near the island. As, the fish feeding point is so beautiful we could not resist on not going there. First, we tried to light the fire, as we all did not know how to lit a fire with woods. after, so much struggling and frustration we finally light the fire and were able to prepare breakfast. I miss this day, as we all learned to do something new.
