  • The Constitution was written in 1787.
  • Not all of the states ratify the constitution in 1787 other states didn't ratify it until 1788.
  • Theres only 27 amendments 
  • The first 10 amendments are known as the Bill Of Rights 
  • James Madison is known as the father of the constitution.

  • This amendment was to be as equal as any other amendment. 
  • It was meant more because of military purposes.
  • There was so much debate over this amendment between the Federalist and the Anti- Federalist.

  • There needs to be set serving term for judges and congressmen because there judges that have been serving for years and I thing they need to be replaced.
