One of them invites the other over for dinner, where they have beef tacos. The beef, which contains a hallucinogen, causes all of them to go crazy except for one. The one who did not eat is named Colton/Blair. They have Anorexia and just stared at their food during dinner. Their family and friends pass out, and when they wake up the world is warped and the only sober one is Colton/Blair. Colton/Blair sees this and tries to nurse them back to health, but their mom sees them with a "weapon" and runs due to hallucinations. She screams that they have a weapon loudly which wakes up the others.
