         <description><![CDATA[<div>At the end of the Disability vs the Workplace video, Lesa Bradshaw says “No more meetings about it (diversity), no more bits of written legislation we’ve got all that in paper and it’s time we put it in practice.” The ADA Amendments Act of 2008 intent was to broaden the coverage of individuals with disabilities to the maximum extent permitted by the terms of the ADA (EEOC, 2022). Do you believe we need to increase legislation and policies for employees with a disability? Or should we focus on executing the legislation?&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
