We often get so engrossed with the operational challenges we lose focus from the values - it gets challenging for each member to walk the tightrope of delivering under stringent timelines and adher to values of mutual respect, empathy, integrity.

This impacts the organisation culture.

This has been the case for last 3 years. We seem to have hit a plateau. And also cashflow has been a issue recently with both the CSRs having a 6 month compliance check process this year. Need diversity in funding channels.
