         <description><![CDATA[<div>     Copyright is a law in the United States that protects a author, or creator of a piece of their work so other users cant take credit.<br>     For example, If you ask the creators permission to use the work, and use their rules for how you can use their work and give credit it is a good way to use copyright.<br>    A bad example would be taking the creators work without their permission and not giving credit, witch can lead to big fines and court.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>    Fair Use is a way to use a portion of someones work with permission for educational purposes, and you cant make a profit of their work. Also for videos or music you can only use 10% or maximum of 30 seconds.<br>    For example, you find someones work and want to use it for school ask for permission, and can only use a portion of the work.<br>    A bad example would be using the portion of the work and making a profit off their work.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>    Public Domain is when someones work is free to to the public to use, or if someone who created the work has passed away after 70 years it becomes public domain to the public. Witch you should still site the source and creator of the work.<br>    For example, if finding a piece of work that is public domain you should still site the source and give credit to the creator.<br>    A bad example of public domain would be using the work as your own and not giving credit to the creator who made it.</div>]]></description>
