b)I think this game was meant for kids who don't have pets so that the tamagotchi would act like a pet for the kids and they would bring it everywhere they go because it is very portable.

It is made to compete with the 3Ds but was had more functions. The layout and buttons are the same as a tablet but with joysticks on the left and actions buttons on the right. This was also the same type of gaming console as the Nintendo switch as it could connect with the TV but not really the TV, you could connect with the console and some people can play on the normal PS3 controllers and some can play on the Vita.
