Lower Canada is actually Quebec right now. Upper Canada is Ontario right now too. During the Seven Years War the French abandoned the land to the British, Britain took over the territory which would later become Upper Canada. For Lower Canada Britain made an decision to divide the province of Quebec into Upper and Lower Canada.

The seven years’ war fought from 1754 to 1763 and was the first global war. Fought in Europe, India, America as well as at sea imperial rivals Britain and France for power. The French who were aided by the Canadian military and Aboriginal allies defeated several British attacks and captured a number of British forts. The treaty consists of a series of individual peace treaties, instead of a single document. Helping the war the treaty was made between Spain, Great Britain, France, Portugal, Savoy and the Dutch Republic.

General Sir Isaac Brock of Upper Canada had a small and inexperienced troop.  The United States had a very large group of men to choose from, because Major Brock was well prepared for a war to take place, he ended up leading Upper Canada to victory.
