The introduction of the sandworm popcorn bucket in 2024 for the promotion of Dune 2 led to other marketing teams in 2024 to build more unhinged popcorn buckets to promote their own movies. This led to the Deadpool and Wolverine team to creating this bucket featuring the face of Wolverine with the comic accurate cowl first seen on the big screen in Deadpool and Wolverine.

They were featured in Deadpool and Wolverine when Deadpool uses Nicepool as a human shield under the false impression that Nicepool can regenerate just like him. Unfortunately Nicepool can't do that leading to his death when Deadpool grabs the guns.

NFT's were a form of crypto currency in the early 2020s. They were bought and sold with the intent of making money off of them. Crypto is similar to stock just a lot less stable and reliable. This NFT features a highly popular, at the time, figure of a monkey. In this one, he is wearing a Deadpool suit. It was acquired by Wade Wilson in 2022 and donated to this exhibit.

The Deadpool franchise in a lot of ways brought the Marvel Cinematic Universe back to life. The biggest perpetuator of this project was Ryan Renolds who campaigned for years to get the first movie made. 20th Century Fox had unenthusiastically produced the first movie leading to a highly successful second movie. When 20th Century Fox was sold to Disney in 2019, Deadpool finally had a chance at becoming a part of the long running and highly successful Marvel Cinematic Universe. Throughout the early 2020s, Disney fumbled their Marvel IPs, producing box office flop after box office flop. This happened until 2024 when Disney finally decided to use the IP. Disney along with Ryan Renolds produced one of the most anticipated movies of the year: Deadpool and Wolverine. The long awaited team up starring Ryan Renolds and the one and only Wolverine: Hugh Jackman. With Deadpool's wit and meta references, the movie quickly topped the charts. This is a cabinet for the man who made it happen: Wade Wilson.
