       So, one day i decided to go let him out of his cage, without remembering the power of force he uses to run.Then, he trampled me on his way to the forest. Days later after i healed from the broken arm Lightning gave me, I decided to go and find him.
 
   "Its too dangerous, son." Mother said.
                "I dont care, mom. It is all my fault, for being a careless, unloved-"

           "WE DO LOVE YOU!!!You just need to be more careful, Joseph."says mom while sighing.

   "Ok...."

 So now I was on the hunt for Lightning, the worlds fastest horse.I thought  i had seen the footprints of lightning, but it was instead the footprints of a beautiful buck.So, I continued on. Later that night, as it had been getting dark,I saw a big blackish-brown creature growl, putting the fear in fearful.I ran away as fast as I could, but since I was only 11, I was picked up by the bear.
But, before the bear could maul me to death, I was rescued by Lightning.Lightning pushed me out of the way, but then the bear and Lightning were fighting as if it was the fate of humanity. I am still saddened by the fact that Lightning was eaten by the ferocious bear. To this day I am no longer careless about my actions, in honor of Lightning.

The bell to start 6th period rang out and echoed down the hall.  The hallway was littered with broken pencils and discarded papers, but otherwise, no one was around. No one, except for me. 
     I stood at my locker twisting the combination mindlessly, not really intending to open it. Instead, after the hallway had completely cleared. I pretended to pull a paper out of my locker (in case anyone was spying on me) - it was really folded up in my sleeve. I casually walked by the beige lockers, my heart beating fast and my hands shaking. I took the crumpled up notebook paper and carried it with me to 6th period. 
     I cautiously knocked on the door my 6th period class. When the door swung open, I was face to face with Ms. Bougeois, a round-faced woman who was stern and furrowed her eyebrowns, even when she was in a good mood. 
     "Why are you late, Genavive?" She asked me. No one called me that except for my teachers and my mom. Everyone else just called me Gena. 
     I took a deep breath and stuttered as I told her the story I had concocted, "Someone left this note in my locker. I think...I think I need to go to the guidance office."
    I timidly held the note out, my hands still shaking and my heart still racing. 'What if it doesn't work?' I wondered. There was a long pause as I watched Ms. Bourgeois scan the paper. I searched her face, waiting for a reaction. There it was. Her eyes grew wide.
