Ownership: 基于某一名BD一个行业，让他们来lead这个行业的所有的BD机会，成为这个公司在这个行业内的专家。让他有ownership.</p><p>3. Scarcity: 有一些award是有稀缺性的，存在一定的竞争。</p><p>4. Social influence: 设置一个portial，portal 涉及到award展示，工作背景，社区（俱乐部），举例统一背景或者award，可以查看获得award的list，获得时间等。不同的员工可能会拿到一些相同的award或者经历了一间类似的事情之后拿到了不同的award。这样就可以增加一些社交属性。</p><p>5. 晋升相关：award（必要的），quota达成，方法论积累，并在社群中展示分享，或china区域分享</p><p>ownship 个人或者团队own的program（新），request 资源，并可获得一定的成就奖励，inventive等，（引用google，阿里早起做法）同时或可成为一个新的团队或者公司</p><p>6. 在特定新program中，获取外部团队资源，相对容易，例如，amazon广告，amazon 电商，及aws，设置公司内部基建及esg，hr文化输出都是资源内容</p><p>7. 同期人员培训，加速融入，强制one one沟通计划，会主动或被动建立初步的小团队，加速融入并进入统一游戏规则中，强制的leadership灌输</p>]]></description>
