I saw on a trusted source that this game IS going to be, in fact, hardcore. Red Hood will be comic accurate and many people have been deciding whether they believe in Batman being alive or not. You guys wanted to see my take and I, personally believe he will be alive because it's known by these devevlopers that they said Joker was NOT going to be in Arkham Origins and that Arkham Knight was NOT Red Hood. They are good about their lies and/or cover stories. 


Keep in mind please that this is only a mere expectation and a prediction of mine. Do not take this for known proof. The rating will be M as I said above that is confirmed and that does very well mean there will be Red Hood violence and I personally believe that he will be a killer like Titans' Red Hood but he'll know that the Gotham Knights have to work together in order to protect a common cause. 


From what I see in the 2 second clip with Red Hood and Nightwing is that Dick Grayson is the one to see Jason quite possibly because they have more of a history similarly to Titans. In other news, The idea of the final face off taking place in the Batcave is actually cool. I know this could be completely off but they could be pulling from the Arkham games when Bane breaks into the batcave when Batman is out trying to track him down and discovers that Bane has been watching him the whole time, he's had cameras everywhere. Switch Bane wth the Riddler in the context of the story and I strongly believe this could be really unique and cool. A different twist compared to the normal cliche endings. Hopefully more will be revealed in the 2nd trailer (remember please do not take my word for this. These are only educated guesses and predictions NOT expectations)!


For those of you who aren't famailiar with what Matt Reeves said, Matt reeves said that “The Long Halloween” heavily inspired this film. So I think Selina is breaking into the Mayor's office to get some records to prove she is Falcone’s daughter. I don’t think it’s a pursuit with them chasing one another I think they both are chasing somebody else. Saying Selina and Batman pursuit title is telling the truth yet being general at the same time.

Pattinson literally said he wanted to take a different route than Affleck something similar to Christian Bale but not as raspy, he honestly nailed it his Batman voice is perfect Pattinson is definitely made for this role.

There's no modulation. That's Rob's voice in a low register. He sings, so he's able to hit low registers. He's also never done a film where he's used his normal speaking voice, because he's a master at accents. Anyone who's seen him in films like The Lighthouse or High Life, where he actually does narration, knows this to be the case.


It kind of reminds me of Jeremy Sisto's take on the voice for Justice League: The New Frontier, which I really liked. It has the sort of low, wispy, mysterious quality, yet potentially creepy and intimidating when needs be. Glowing lines accentuating the crimson bodysuit reminds me of the comic book. I'm sorry for some of you guy but, Ezra Miller's Flash looks way more better and more kick-ass than the CW's Flash. I grew tired of the CW's Flash that is played by Grant Gustin. The CW Flash has become more soy than heroic.


I wonder if this will also be Terry's live action introduction. There's been talk of a live action Batman Beyond movie with Keaton as Bruce for years. Why not do it now. I've got to say, although The Flash series got lame after season 3, but I really wished they casted Grant Gustin as the Flash in the movies too, he is too talented, the scenes where he shows all emotions after he comes out of the speedforce and the one where he has no emotion at all being the proof of his talent. He needs to leave the CW because the writer's are rendering him USELESS!!!

I really wish they would’ve changed the tone a bit, away from the dark blue-ish like they did with Aquaman. I feel like Changing the tone helps with differentiating each character and especially in a solo movie. But I guess that’s just DC. This looks really good, as long if they keep the serious tone instead of making the rock crack jokes every minute, I have full confidence in this movie. I hope we get the quote: "5,000 years ago, Kahndaq was a melting pot of cultures, wealth, power and magic. But most of us had nothing, except for the chains around our necks. Kahndaq needed a hero... instead, they got me. I did what needed to be done, and they imprisoned me for it. Now, 5,000 years later, I am free. And I give you my word: no one will ever stop me again."

Overall, we don't get any revelation of the plot, characters, story, etc. But I'm hyped as hell for this LET'S GOOOOO!!!!!

This was the first DCEU movie since Shazam that I could say is legimately good. Most of the characters are decently written, the action is great, most of the story is very engaging, and the visual style is very creative while still fitting in the DCEU. It's also the first DCEU movie that did Harley Quinn correctly and wasn't just used for any pandering odd marketing purposes. However, I wouldn't say that it's the "masterpiece" that others say it is. There are problems that should be addressed:

The Humor. This movie has the same problem that Thor Raganrok has: there is comedy from start to finish in pretty much every scene. And while about half of the comedy actually works (the most mean-spirited jokes in particular are hilarious, like when the squad inadvertently kill the freedom fighters). But the jokes that involve "witty exchanges" just drag out for too long and just aren't funny. Some of the worst jokes are in the trailers, like the bag of dicks dialogue or when Harley goes off on unrelated threats to the Thinker. Those jokes gave me Joss Whedon JL vibes. While the humor isn't as bad as the trailers look it is way to constant to take any of the most messed up parts of the story seriously.

 The best scenes in the movie are actually the dramatic scenes that pop up once and a while, such as then the Thinker reveals that the US government was behind project starfish and Rick Flag goes A-wall. It's well acted and well written. If the entire movie was more like this then we'd have the "great masterpiece" that everyone says it is.


Bloodsport. I'll say that the character's design, abilities, and acting from Idris Elba are all on point. The problem lies with the character itself. He's just a repeat of Deadshot from the first film. I'm not even kidding, his attitude towards others, personality, sense of wit, motivations, etc are all taken from deadshot from the first SS. He's a hired assassin who's estranged from his teenage daughter and now has to take this mission to have a second chance to be her father. It's the exact same arc.


The beginning. Now here's the thing: some of the deaths of the squad are perfectly fine. Characters like Blackguard, Weasal, Mongol and Javelin are pretty funny. But I feel like other characters had some potential as characters but were just thrown to the side. TDK looked like he could've been a cool character (especially with action scenes) but he was turned into a joke. And despite Savant being played by Micheal Rooker and being the focus of the opening of the film and having potential, he just gets killed off. And then you have Captain Boomerang. He was one of the only good parts of the first film and had a likeable personality. And the fact that he was only in this movie just to kill him off that quickly is just kind of a waste. And this problem especially gets tedious when you see that it's done to make room for the Deadshot ripoff character. 


The villain. I'm actually shocked with this, but James Gunn actually repeated a problem that David Ayer did with the first film. The villain is too big of a powerhouse for something like the suicide squad. In the comics, the threats that The squad went up against where threats that went under the radar from the main heroes, and were also villains involved with the corruption of the US government. That's why Waller put the team together.  So them going against these end-of-the-world threats like the Enchantress or Starro just doesn't fit at all. It removes the intimidation of the villain (since the SS isn't nearly as strong as the JL), and it also causes plot holes in the wider DCEU. How the fuck did both the Enchantress and Starro do these public acts of terrorism and destruction and NONE OF THE DCEU HEROES NOTICED? Not Batman, WW, Flash, Shazam, etc. 


While most of the story makes sense, some plot elements and character elements are just odd. I already brought up Starro's inclusion as not making sense but then you also have moments like when the leader of Corto Maltese says that he loves Harley Quinn because she's a "symbol of fighting against American oppression". Are you fucking serious? How, out of all characters in DC, does Harley fucking Quinn represent "fighting against opression". The movies have shown that she's actually made it pretty decent. BOP revealed that she was able to do a ton of messed up stuff just because of Joker and she never actually payed the consequences for it. She's just able to go on. She's the definition of priviledged. 

So yeah, this movie definetely has problems but I feel like the good parts of the movie SORT OF balance it out. Again Key emphasis on sort of. The other characters outside of Bloodsport are engaging and the overall weirdness is just so unique for a comic book movie. You could tell that Gunn was not held back for this, unlike with GOTG.  I don't like Gunn at all as a person (in fact I watched this for free) but he did an overall decent job with this one. Brainiac mind controls the Justice League and Amanda Waller assigns the Suicide Squad to kill them. Batman is still alive and Wonder Woman is not mind controlled. Also, Swamp Thing is in the game. This is what I believe is the main plot. I LOVED the ARKHAM VIBES!!!! 

I see also, where Batman is in the game!!!!! Do we get to see Arkham Batman????? If so, which kind????? ARKHAM ASYLUM??? ARKHAM CITY????? ARKHAM KNIGHT?????

This trailer was sick!!! I would’ve loved a release date but I am hopeful since WB will be at Game Awards we may still have news for this game coming in two months. I mean even though we didn’t get a release date or a new gameplay I’m kinda not mad about it because Game Awards is coming and who knows WB Game Montréal might showcase it again. But with new gameplay and release date. Since the game awards always happens at the end of the year.. let’s hope!!

It's like the way this is done I keep forgetting that it's not connected to the other Batman games it's so similar like the sign for Arkham Asylum with The hitchhikers and it's like Batman being blown up or whatever it's like oh really might be coming back and Poison Ivy it's like yeah...she never died. Damn.


I'm excited for this, but I do hope that they expand the story post-launch, maybe with more heroes (maybe even Batman). That would be SO AWESOME!!!!!

I'm so glad they didn't show the Riddler's face yet. Most trailers would show you the villain immediately. THIS is a good trailer.


I love how dark this version is. To me it feels very grounded and realistic. Also seems like they dive into the psychological aspect of being Batman. How the duality splits apart his psyche or how all  the repressed trauma is vented upon the world. I see this as a faithful depiction of what batman stands for. The fragility of morality when it's subjected to the criminality of Gotham City.



Naturally, a suit that wears off machine gun bullets does defy the laws of physics but Batman isn't supposed to be a realistic display and grounded in the laws of reality. It's more about the symbolism and the underlying psychological themes that the character represents. Such as trauma and how circumstances can shape you as a person. It's realistic in the way gotham feels like a  distinct presence on its own. An environment in which all the gluttony and rapacity of human nature can be cultivated.

This is going to be awesome. The first trailer they released last year was enough to convince me that Robert Pattinson is going to be a great Batman. I also love the fact this version of Riddler is based off The Zodiac Killer!!!!

I am very pleasantly surprised by the new announcement, considering that based on the first strongest, not much could be seen and concluded, the scenes from the film are quite realistic, I like that dark side and the fact that in this version of Batman they deal a little more with the psychological state of Batman. If you doubted a lot that Robert pattinson is not for this role but after this second thriller I can see that his role is very good, I can't wait to see him in the cinema!!

I LOVE how it looks like Riddler is gonna be in prison for part of it but still an active part of the story. Obviously Riddler is no match for Batman physically so having him in prison but still with the upper hand is such an amazing dynamic. Kinda like Hannibal Lecter. This movie is gonna be something else---oh my god!!!!!


Words cannot describe how excited I am for this movie. This is what I always wanted as a Batman fan!!!!!
