Butantã is an awesome place for people who like the calm and accessible characteristics of a middle size city as everyone in here respects each other, and brings its culture in its suitcase. So, you can find here, restaurants from Brazil’s northeast as well as Colombian, and find people talking in different languages just by walking down the street. 

In addition to all of these peculiar things for a São Paulo’s neighborhood, the best thing is nature. Nature really lives here. It is concentrated at University of São Paulo and Butantã Institute, nevertheless, you just need to go down any street to see pretty flowers, trees and fruits like papaya and mulberry. Here is the best place for living without the busy São Paulo atmosphere

In recent years, the region has grown a lot and with it, the leisure options have increased. It has two malls located close to the neighborhood, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, some schools and easy access to UEL. For those who enjoy contact with nature, you can go to Igapó lake and attend cultural events there.

The person who lives here realizes that there is greater security, with illuminated streets and buildings with 24-hour monitoring. This allows you to walk worry-free from one place to another. The neighborhood provides a great integration between housing, employment and leisure, in addition to offering several services that guarantee an excellent quality of life.

We know that no neighborhood is perfect, and here it is no different. As it is a growing place, traffic often becomes a daily challenge. That's because there are very few avenues that connect the neighborhood to the city center.

Besides this environment, the Center is also an incredible place for living. The buildings here aren’t high like in other places, so it’s still possible to have a great view of Londrina; and the houses are excellent: really big and made for actually living in. In addition, everything needed is nearby, such as great restaurants, shops and public open spaces.

With a population of 2,530 million, Belo Horizonte is the capital of Minas Gerais state.

It’s a beautiful city, where you can see a historic and cultural buildings, like “Palacio da Liberdade”, “Historic Museum” and “Palacio das Artes”. The last one of them is the theatre where artistis present shows, theatre or ballet. The most beautiful show I saw was with Milton Nascimento, my predilect singer. The ‘‘Grupo Corpo’’ is an important ballet from the city that presents in ‘‘Palacio das Artes’’ too.

It’s a special city to visit their historical buldings, someone built by colonial style in the last century, and others designed by Oscar Niemayer architect. 

The social life of Belo Horizonte is ful of charm, with coffes, shoppings centers, cinemas, squares and beautiful gardens. Theirs designs look like Paris's squares, as you can see in the photo above. The people go walking calmily and security in the squares of their neiborhood. Sometimes, they stop to drink a little coofee and eat a delicious cheese bread. They meet their friends and talk a lot about the new facts. By the way, the Minas’s meals are so tasty and the people has a special way to speak or to live. Do you know the mean of ‘‘UAI’’ or “NUUH’’? The people use to talk this all the time to emphasize their ideas. 

If you like football, please, go straight ahead to the “MINEIRAO”, the stadium where Cruzeiro and Atletico, the two most important teams, play good games. In the last Football Worl Cup, Brazil lost from German from 7x1. Did you remember it? That was a sad day for brazilian people!

Belo Horizonte, the place where I lived a long time ago, has a pleasant neiborhood. I hope you will be happy there, as living or visiting there. Go. I’ll see you there one day.

There are many options of restaurants, pub, market, bank, hospital, everything you need close to you. On this neighborhood, live all types of the family.  Retired people that look for practicality and convenience, family that want live close the work and school, univercity's students, friendsliving togheter, people in their first experience living alone and more. 

The home prices are variable, because in center you can find apartaments, flat, loft, kitnet, hostel, aedicule, you still can find someone to divide the expenses. The condominium value is something very important to research about, because the old buildings need a lot of maintenance and this is expensive.

Center is a good place to live and visit.

In general, its a great place to live and has a good range of shops, include many drugstore, restaurants, supermarkets, furnitures shops and pet shops, besides good public and private schools. Vitória is an elegant Village, its has a great and beautiful houses as a normal houses, its a neighborhood that has all the types o people is where the new and old meet.

The most people that live in Vitória Village are old, but this reality has changed, many young couples and your children are moving to this neighborhood, because there are many comfortable houses and is a safe and calm place, in other words is an excellent place to live.

In this neighborhood is easy to access the valley, to do picnic or hiking to Igapó lake, if you want go out to eat, you can know the modern or old restaurants that there are in this place.

But this local stay is in the south of Londrina, near the neighborhoods Piza Garden, Ouro Branco, Igapó and others.

When I moved to this place, the neiborhood is very new, and I didin’t have some neighbors, markets or business. But nowadays, this place became the good local to live.

There are very small markets, to local merchants, but the are any supermarkets close to the neighborhood. And there are some green spaces, like squares, parks where the childrens can play.

The best thing is that every Wednesday has “Feira” and the “pastel” is amazing! 

I like my neiborhhod, because this is the that I gow up and I have so may good memories in this place!

As a mostly residential area, the neighborhood is very calm with almost no noise or traffic. In the area in front of the town hall there is a big open space where people gather on the weekends to play sports and do other things to relax. Sometimes, events are hosted there and now it's where part of the vaccination of the city is taking place. There are a lot of empty lots in the region but this part of the city is starting to grow and new buidings are being constructed.

In short, it is a good place to live, but you need a car to move around as we don't have many stores in the region.
