T-Thoughts:She still felt doubtful about her decision.  She didn’t pay much attention to it because she thought to herself "I may just be over reacting."

" I just have this really bad feeling darling, I feel something is going to happen to me." 

E-Effects:  Eric loved Mary with all his heart because that was his mother. 

A-Actions:Mary arrived to Mr. Johnson's office. She greeted him and began to write her last will with Mr. Johnson. 

L-Looks: A 60 year old lady, very healthy 

T-Thoughts:Ivan stand up and walked towards Mary to hug her "Hopefully this lady dies fast so I can keep all her fortune" Ivan thought to himself. 

E-Effects:Eric sat impatiently in the hospital lobby for any news of his mom or Frank. 

A-Actions:With an evil chuckle he gave her a kiss on the forehead and said " Goodnight my sweet little Mary, sleep tight." 

 

 It was a cold, dark and rainy night, Mary was on her way to meet her lawyer Mr. Jhonson to finalize her testament. Since she was already growing tired, old, and didn't have the same energy like she had when she was younger. She didn't want to leave her properties and goods to fall into the wrong hands. As Mary was driving she started to think about all the outcome that may happen. But her heart was telling her that it was the right thing. She still felt doubtful about her decision.  She didn’t pay much attention to it because she thought to herself "I may just be overreacting." After a good 30 minutes of sitting down in the car looking out the window and seeing the gray small birds trying to get shelter from the rain. Mary arrived at Mr. Jhonson's office. She greeted him and began to write her will with Mr.Jhonson. 

"Thank you, Mary, hopefully, we open this envelope in many years from now," said Mr. Jhonson  

"Thank you Mr. Jhonson hopefully everything goes well," answered Mary. 

Frank, Mary's driver was waiting for her outside the car with an umbrella, he saw her and covered her with the umbrella so she wouldn't get wet. When getting into the car, she turns to Frank.  

"Do you think what I did was correct?" She asked 

"Yes, ma'am it was the correct thing to do" Frank replied while closing the door. 

Frank got into the car and took Mary back home. When Mary arrived to the drive-through of her mansion she admired it, thinking if she had made the right decision with all her goods. She arrived to the garage. 

"Everything is going to be alright ma'am, don't worry," Frank said while opening the door for Mary. 

Mary *nodded* and walked her to the main door, before going inside her house she sighs and opens her door, you could hear "front door open" from the security system Mary had, she walked towards the living room and she sees her beloved husband sitting on the white couch with his office clothes still on, while holding a whisky glass. Ivan is a 40 year- old- man, he's a gold-digger, he works with Erick in the same company, he's tall about 5'7, light brown eyes, and light skin.                                 

“Hey, darling, where have you been?" Ivan asked with a suspicious look  

"I went to see Mr. Jhonson" she replied with a kind voice 

"With your lawyer? Why or what for?" Ivan asked concerned.  

“I went to write my testament Darlin." answered Mary  

Ivan was shocked and surprised but happy at the same time since he knew everything was left to him. 

"Oh, darling that's great, but why did you do this so early" said Ivan with a happy but worried voice.  

" I just have this really bad feeling darling, I feel something is going to happen to me." Mary said with a cracking voice. With a sweet smile, Ivan smiled to Mary and walked towards her. He wrapped his arm around her and pulled her closer to him.  

"My sweet Mary, you won't be going away anytime soon." Ivan said to Mary with a worried but exciting voice.  

 "Hopefully this lady dies fast so I can keep all her wealth." Ivan thought to himself.  

Ivan knew Mary was healthy women compare to all the other 60-year old's they have encountered.  In his mind Ivan only married Mary for her money, since he knew that all her money was going to him when she died, he was thinking about Mary's death. That afternoon Mary was talking on the phone with Eric her older and only child. Eric was 25 years old. He was about 5'6 of height. Eric was a businessman he worked with Ivan in the same company, Eric was a tall light skin guy, with a dark black beard and black short, straight hair. Eric loved Mary with all his heart because that was his mother. Mary had told Eric over the phone about her finalizing her final will.  

"Mom, that's good news because then everything will turn out to be exactly like you want it to be." Eric said. 

“Yes, son. It's a weight off my shoulder. Since I won't need to worry about who to leave my good's to or how to distribute my properties and good's." Mary replied. 

Ivan was listening behind the door to see if Mary would say to who she had left all her money, but she never said it. Ivan was thinking about what to so Mary could die fast enough and he could get the inheritance.  

"Probably if I make her get an accident, it would be easier for me to get all the money... YES!!! That's what I'll do" said Ivan while thinking about his plan. 

 Four to five days passed and he had his plan already. That night before bed Mary was putting the lotion on her chest. 

"Hey darling, what are you doing tomorrow?" Ivan asked with a big white smile.  

"My friend Sarah invited me to breakfast, why?" Mary asked concerned  

"Around what time are you leaving?" Ivan asked 

"I have to be there at 7:30am, but why are you asking so many questions, Ivan?" Mary asked him again.  

"It's because I wanted to go out with you in the morning but its ok darling, go with Sarah" said Ivan 

"If you want to I can tell Sarah we could go to lunch and I can spend the morning with you." said Mary 

"No baby it’s okay go with her, you guys have plans already when you come back I will have a surprise for you." Said Ivan with a creepy voice 

"Ok, darling sounds good to me." Mary said while getting into bed. 

Ivan got into bed too and waited for Mary to fall asleep the clock marked 10:30 pm. Around 2:30 am when he made sure Mary was deeply asleep, he got up and went to the garage and cut the brakes, but he made sure to tie a rope around it so if the car gets into a deep pothole the rope will break, the breaks won't work anymore and Mary gets into a car accident and die. He made his way back inside the house. With a grin on his face, he made his way to the side of the bed where Mary slept. With an evil chuckle, he gave her a kiss on the forehead and said: “Goodnight my sweet little Mary, sleep tight." As the morning approached Ivan couldn't sleep. The hours felt so long, he counted every minute, every second for it to be 7 in the morning. The clock marked 7 am, Mary got up when she heard her alarm, she headed towards the bathroom and showered after she put on a cute peach pink dress with glitter and a red butterfly in the middle of her chest. Ivan faked he was still sleeping, Mary approached to him. 

"I will see you later my love, and I'll be waiting for my surprise. I love you" Mary said while kissing Ivan in the forehead.  

After spending the lovely morning with Sarah at The Golden Parade restaurant. Mary was feeling sleepy and full from breakfast. She called Frank to pick her up. When Frank arrives with her favorite car which is the blue 1940's Plymouth car, he opens the back door for Mary. As Frank started to drive away from the restaurant. The sound of the car engine makes Mary even more exhausted, which causes Mary to drift off to sleep. *BOOM* Mary jumps up. She looks at Frank, about to yell at him to drive more careful. When she sees Frank trying to control the steering wheel.  

"Frank, what is happening!?" Mary exclaims. Frank turns quickly to Mary and says, 

"Ma'am, the brakes to the car isn’t working and..." *CRASH* the car collides with a truck. The blue Plymouth goes flying back from the impact. Mary tries to hold onto the handle from the door while closing her eyes, but she hits her head against the glass window. Which causes the window to break and have small pieces of shattered glass to the back of her head. When Mary opens her eyes, she realizes that the car is facing sideway, she attempts to face the driver's seat, to make sure Frank's fine but can't see him because her vision is starting to become blurry. Her eyes began feeling heavier every time she would close them. From a distance she can hear the sirens of the ambulance. She takes a deep breath and fades into the darkness.   

The nurses rush Mary into the operation room. Mary's just sees how everything is slowly happening around her. From the monitors beeping, to the nurses adjusting the lights in the room. She feels like she is just floating around since she doesn’t feel the glass that is in the back of her head, or her 4 broken ribs. She just feels the needle pierce though her skin. Her eyes fall on the doctor's eyes and it reminds her of her Eric's eyes. Which cause her to smile before she drifts away from the anesthesia.  

Eric sat impatiently in the hospital lobby for any news of his mom or Frank. “How could have this happen” he thought to himself. He stood up and walked toward the receptionist desk to ask if there had been any updates about his mom or Frank.  

“Excuse me but has there been any recent news or information about Frank Willison or Mary Jane?” Eric asked the nurse. 

“Yes, there has been. The doctor will be with you shortly.” The nurse replied back. 

Eric was heading back to the waiting room when he see Ivan walking towards him. Ivan had gone to call Frank’s wife about the situation and Mary’s closest friends. Ivan looked exhausted and had his eyes puffy from earlier, since he had found out about the accident. Ivan briefly hugged Eric and gave him a frown.  

“Hello gentlemen, I’m Dr.Smith.  I am taking care of Frank Williams and Mary Jane. Are you both either family or have connections with the patients.” He asked. 

“I am Mary’s husband and this is Eric who is her son. Frank is our employee.” Ivan replied back 

“I’m happy to notify you that Frank is out of danger and will just need to rest. But unfortunately, Mary has passed away. Since she hit her head with the glass window and the glass broke. Which caused small glass pieces to get stuck on her head. Which resulted that her head was over bleeding.” Dr. Smith informed them. Eric felt like his world was falling apart because his mother was his everything to him. Tears started to build up in his eyes  2 is days after Mary's death Eric was in charge of the whole funeral. Since Mary and Eric didn't had family close to them. Ivan and Eric decided to just burn Mary. A week after having Mary's ashes at home Mr. Johnson called Erick and Ivan to his office. A big sound of silence filled the room. Ivan was excited because he knew everything was going to him. They waited for Mr. Johnson to go into the office. The news hit. "Ivan , i knew all along that you were with me for my money. My beloved son i leave you all my money and goods. As for you Ivan i leave you nothing. You will stay alone and without a single cent of my money." Ivan was shocked to find out Mary didn't leave him all her goods. He ran out the door and as soon as he got outside he said, " I didnt not go through all that and killed her for her not to leave me her money!" Eric walked out and he heard him. "you did what!
