         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the EYFS, providers must have arrangements in place to support children with SEND. This means that all maintained nurseries and other providers who have funding from local authorities in England must have regard to the SEND code of practice 2015, to meet the need of children with SEND  in early years settings and schools.<br>Local safeguarding children board - the LSCB is set up by each local authority to co-ordinate and promote the safeguarding and welfare of children in the local area.  <br>- They are made up of different members of safeguarding partners who represent the local authority, the police and the health service.<br>- The LSCB is responsible for ensuring that all members work effectively together.<br>Childminder agency - These organisations exist to give advice and training to childminders, as well as supporting parents in finding a childminder. <br>- They are registered by Ofsted, but childminders do not have to join them as they will already have their own individual Ofsted registration. <br>Diploma for the early years practitioner unit 11 section 1.1<br>Diploma for the early years practitioner unit 1 section 5.3</div>]]></description>
