They had a lot of different religions. Like the one for the under world. They would weigh you against a feather and if you were lighter than the feather you would not have to be punished in the afterlife . But if you were heavier than a  feather then you would be punished. There was the first king which his name was Osiris .But he had a brother and a sister.His brother killed him because he got jealous and he became  the king. He died when his brother killed him so then he became the god of the afterlife. They were polytheistic which means that they believed in many gods. They had a god for everything like the sun, under world,etc…One of their religions was that they made mummies out of their kings that passed. We don't really do the same thing anymore but we do barry people that passed on. But we just dress then up really nicely.
