460th Civil Engineer Squadron personnel will begin flushing and flow testing our fire hydrants on base as part of our preventive maintenance requirements between 27 Apr – 31 Oct.  Each hydrant will be flushed approximately 10 minutes to gather the required data.  Please exercise caution while driving near hydrants that are being flushed as there will be personnel working around them and excess water running down the street.  The work may involve intermittent traffic interruptions and/or lane changes but WILL NOT impede general traffic flow.
