Graphic design and programming have become such a large thing. Letting students do something artistic in the way that they enjoy doing it will make them happier and more satisfied with themselves and the importance of the task. For example, there is a software called UNITY, which I attempt to use. Unity is a very user-friendly 3D creator where people can make visuals and even games on there. So to balance it out, teachers need to give students varying options on things they can and can't do. Like using Unity vs using Prezi, or even recording their own movie vs writing it.
