It also frees up the teacher to provide more support to other students who may need it. This will allow students to review the procedure without having to ask me or have me repeat the steps. This activity will be an option for students to use manipulatives and actually subtract or add pencils to figure out how many pencils are in a pack by using division. 

I also created an Edpuzzle from a Khan Academy video for students to watch Sal solve a two step equation, with questions throughout the video for students to solve before they can move on.
