This job is similar to an auto mechanic, both of the jobs are taking place in a work shop and is dedicated to take care of customer's vehicle. The mechanic will complete repairs of the cars, servicing and maintenance, whereas the tuner, he will complete modifications, re-engineering and engine tuning. Some of the modifications the tuner may be asked to do will be purely cosmetic for example, body kits, spoiler, skirts and general body modifications, this needs a lot of attention and a lot of patience. Some tuners are also very skilled at painting and wrapping.
