The Information wall should contain the following:

Identify The Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics,

Insert possible resources (e.g. images, videos, sound) that would aid people in complying with these rules,

And address the following questions within this information wall:

Q1. Which of the Ten Ethical Computing Guidelines do you think students violate most often?

Q2. Why do you think these violations occur?

Q3. What do you think could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior?

Q1. Which of the Ten Ethical Computing Guidelines do you think students violate most often?

After reviewing and reading up on the ten ethical computing guidelines, I find that students may be able to violate all of them at some point of their life. But there is a select few that they may violate often than some of the other guidelines. The first guideline that I believe they would violate most often would be the first one which states, "Thou Shalt Not Use A Computer To Harm Other People." This guideline is one that may be violated the most due to students spending much time on social media. Lets say that a student is in a conflict with another student but does not want to say anything in person. This student would then turn to social media and write a post in which they say what they wanted to say in person. This post is then seen by the other student involved and that student's feelings are hurt, thus harming him/her. This has been seen in social media and many times there are consequences to resolve such actions, but not enough is done in many cases to stop such behavior.
Another guideline that can be seen being violated by students is the following, "Thou Shalt Not Copy Or Use Proprietary Software For Which You have Not Paid." This guideline can be violated by students not in the sense of piracy. What is meant by this is watching or gaining footage or programs that are leaked illegally by another information or gaining such data without consent or paying for the service in question.
These two guidelines are the most popular that I believe can be violated by students. The remaining guidelines, I believe, would mostly relate to a later time in the student's life when they would start their career in their respective field, whether it is as a computer programmer or engineer designing a product with a CAD (Computer Aided Engineering) program.

Q2. Why do you think these violations occur?

When looking at these guidelines and reviewing them, there are many reasons as to why violations against them occur. The most simple and straight forward answer to this is that people do not know that such guidelines exist. Many people do not use computing or computer programs in their everyday lives due to the fact that their job does not require the use of such technology. Lets take for example a truck driver who drives long distances for a living. Such a person will not need to use computing or computer programs to complete their job requirement. Such a person would only use his/her skill to complete the task in a timely manner.
Violations may also occur to these guidelines because the person committing the violation is not in the mind set at the given time to remember the guidelines, thus creating a violation. An example of this would be a person who is upset at another person, and in the given time posts something inappropriate about the other person. This causes a violation to the first guideline which states not to hurt others. At the given time, the cyberbully acted in a manner that hurt the other person, thus creating the violation.

In my own opinion, I believe that there is some ways that we can reduce, or even eliminate unethical behavior in the technology world. One such way is the use of a moderator. A moderator is a person who would look over posts that are posted on social media and filter through the posts in order to catch the ones that are inappropriate to be posted, as well as in some way punishes the author of such behavior. Another way is to use programs or a computer software which would catch items or objects being done and submitted that look similar to those that have already been done. The most reasonable way to reduce or eliminate this unethical behavior is follow the guidelines that have been laid out so that there is no trouble or problems that would need to be dealt with.
