The design is consistent with the "fold element" but is still kind of messy. It does not help the flow of the design but it is aesthetic in a way. This is because of the repetition that the designer used to create the "fold" effect unto the paper.

contrast in colors having a balance and unity pulls the customer in from a far then having a alignment repetition in the font's clearly showing a contemporary photography style nice use of tones

There is repetition in the use of colour, which gives the poster balance and unity.

The bright contracting colours is eye catching, drawing the eye. eg white text on the navy.

The shading around the different shapes give the picture depth, making it look like folds.

The contrast between black and white is classic, two complete opposites, light and dark, all colour and no colour. It creates positive/negative and the orange splashed in the middle does good when it comes to separating the two main shades. It also draws peoples attention.
