It helps us understand electronic mail better. It can earn us quick money by us typing letters for people. People will know how and where to send the mail back. E mail is also faster than regular mailing so it saves time. That is my reflection.

This lesson was really simple to do. I learned pretty quick on how to format both a personal letter and business letter. As I was doing this assingment, I noticed that my typing was also getting better. But mostly, I learned about the format of the business letter and the personal letter. The vocabulary was pretty easy to learn after I read all the definitions in the book. This lesson also taught me the imprtance of all the parts in each letter.
