senioritis is a feeling that students get when they feel "done" with school or they are coming close to graduation. Senioritis can effect more than just seniors. Some ways to tell you might have senioritis is low energy, lots of naps throughout the week, not willing to do simple things, and lack of interest in things going on around you.

juniors can have senioritis too.

It is possible for juniors and even lower class men/women to have senioritits because it is more of a feeling that almost all students get when the end of the school year is coming. This feeling can cause you to get panic of failure, mood swings, sleep desperation, and can cause trouble concentrating in classes. Senioritis can also affect teachers because the student's patience can be slim and they can lash out at the teacher and or just stop showing up to class. This can result in the teacher having to fail or give the student a dead line for all their work just to make sure they can grade everything on time.

Senioritis has been around for years. It is a disease that can start to come around your senior year of high school or even sooner. " Seniors stop caring because they have something better coming; they no longer have reason to be engaged in their high school education However, I contend that the roots of senioritis are of a very different composition" ( Alumni Writers).
