         <title>Students found asking questions hard as it was quite intense to ask/focus on them so they didn&#39;t.   But the reality is that the way global life is moving, they have to address this challenge.  They do have to engage.  How do we engage them.  Teachers have to be comfortable with this process to model it for students. If we are not showing these behaviors and learning these things.   We do have to recognise that there are cultural and socio-economic reasons why students may be uncomfortable with video on for example.   It was noticable across lockdown that the turning off of video increased - some of it was peer pressure.  </title>

         <title>THe way people - teachers and students - embraced this online learning was a positive. It happened so quickly and the way people did respond was encouraging.   Students being able to work at own pace, could plan their own schedule and focus on what they needed.  </title>

         <title>Feel like how we were teaching online is what we could teach f-2-f.  Flipped classroom for example, less teacher focused, resources available, teacher available for one on one support in a way that is appropriate for the needs of students eg email or comments on work.    Encouraging private comments, or putting a comment on the class page so all can see it - but in a way that doesn&#39;t prevent them from asking them.  Also taking the question and putting it on classroom for all to benefit. </title>

Using things like Edpuzzle, Google forms quizzes that are self marking - students get feedback but also releases pressure on teachers.     </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mixed in terms of students - some loved the asynchronous learning while others felt they needed more structure.  But recognition that different subjects had different demands.    <br>We need to  teach students to be self-motivation.   <br>Student agency  - does need teachers to set work up in a way that doesn't place pressure on parents or that is easy for students to access.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>Working on line challenges were; Needing to have the right amount of data and the right technological equipment to do this effectively. Working off a phone only is difficult for both google meets and google classroom - for marking and feedback. The attendance issues because of some students limited access to technology and internet was the other key issue for me and my teaching. I wish we were more better prepared with IT tools and PD for distance learning I would have more empowered as the teacher. Can this be made a school wide PD focus? </title>
