         <description><![CDATA[<p>Upon successfully completing your pre- hire task each employee will be shipped their equipment. </p><p>Please be sure to make a checklist of each item as you un box it. Each of you will be mailed a packet with detailed instructions on log in information and username + Password information. </p><p><br></p><p>During training each employee will maintain the same schedule beginning at 10am - 5:30pm. </p><p><br></p><p>You will log on and take further instructions from your designated trainer. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This week you and your training group and training instructor will begin taking live calls together; and will take turns handling the calls. </p><p><br></p><p>By: Wednesday  each of you will be evaluated, if you do not pass the first evaluation you will have Thursday And Friday to make it up. </p><p><br></p><p>Ounce you successfully pass your eval you will log on solo Monday taking calls as an official Utilization Manager. </p><p><br></p><p>If by chance you you do not pass you will be back into a training group for an additional week to get you up to speed. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Employees will meet at their closes regional office location and meet in the conference room to await being assigned a training group. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 1: Employees will break out and be assigned a temp. log in to complete online trainings. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 2: Finish trainings, Get Access to programs, listen to live calls with trainer. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 3: Practice Scenarios with training group ( you will not learn everything in training so its good to role play to learn what to do in almost any instance.) </p><p>Learn phone system, excel sheet and formulas. Learn how to verify Insurance types. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 4 : Learn how to officially build a Authorization. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 5 : Recap of what you learned, do group scenarios, listen to more live calls, ask whatever questions on what might be confusing still. </p><p><br></p><p>Week 6: Take live calls with training group one by one taking turns dealing with the client. </p><p><br></p><p>By Wednesday you will be evaluated if by chance you do not pass you will be asked to return for one additional week of training to get caught up. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>You do not need to bring anything the first day, everyone will be provided with the following : Company welcome kit containing Pens, A notepad, Water bottle, useful information packet and more. </p><p><br/></p><p>Employees encouraged to bring  a lunch as throughout  training everyone will be provided a 1 hour lunch break and one 15 min break. </p><p><br/></p><p>If you wish to  store away personal items and belongings bring a lock for the lockers in the break room. </p>]]></description>

Is there any dead air ? </p></li><li><p>Do they know how verify insurance </p></li><li><p>Can they properly identify what the various plans allow.</p></li><li><p>Can they build a case from start ton finish. </p></li><li><p>If an error is made, are they able to identify the errors ? </p></li><li><p>Have they learned to work our excel cheat sheet and learned the various formulas? </p></li><li><p>Can the employee process an Appeal? Do they know what they are looking for in the appeal ? </p></li><li><p>Did they complete their notes for their test call. </p><p><br/></p></li></ol>]]></description>
