3. This document is talking about the Universal declaration of Human rights. There are 30 articles stating every human right. This is important because it makes the human right universally protected. 
4.I think human rights are very much so protected now. Yes there are some people that don't respect other people rights but they are there and very much so protected. I do think the government should have more protection on the right in some cases because it does get over looked a good amount.

If a European country is found guilty of prohibiting someone's rights, they are expected to immediately rectify the situation, and in some case, provide financial compensation.

4. I think that in order to get one step closer to unity and trust we should protect the civil rights. Civil rights aren't acknowledged as a big part of society, it should be brought to full attention if not partial. 
5. I feel that it is our "duty" as humans, whether or not we share beliefs, we are entitled to protect for others. If someone is violent it's not a reason to go against that person.
