The investigations suggest that fathers feel more emotionally connected to their partners and their children at the same way it normalices the participation of men on roles that are just cataloged for women

2.-Respect reproductive decisions and rights

Letting women to have autonomy about decisions like being mother, fertility, marriage, sexual activities and planning empower them and create an ambient more equal.

3.-Sensitize women about gender equality

There are women that don't know about their rights, knowing about that, helps them to defend it and search for opportunities that now they may not know. There are organizations that can help with that like: UNFPA

4.-Share household

Participation of men in household allow them to learn about activities that can be joy by them, also support work culture and promotes employees to achieve their rights about paternity.

5.-Questioning about stereotypes

The generalization about ways to be generates prejudices that can be harmful, especially about abilities and capacity of be able to do some works.

In the second text talk about flexible work, this text is about the advantages of flexible work in the life of the working mums, for example in any situations the women have a limited in the different opportunities for the only reason they have children, so the solution is the flexible work because they have work in her house. But the other colleagues see flexible work like an opportunity to work less and have the same salary.

The third text is a comic, which talks about the big example of inequality in housework. We can see that the mum is working hard in the house and trying to do all things at the same time while the father is sitting on the sofa and watching the TV, other situations when the man doesn’t do the easier actions. In conclusion the problem is in the culture and the form of education of the children.

Second, talk about the work. These are divided into two groups. The first, is the couple that both work. The mum said it is more difficult for her. Principaly when have a little child, because they need very at her mom, so need  combine the work with the childcare and many things more. Is very stressful for her and need more help with the housework. 

The next group is the couple with only the father work and the mom in charge of the housework and childcare, but many times the men think it is easy work but it is a wrong idea. In this case the mum works in two general tasks, but these tasks have many little tasks that need different abilities to solve the problems.

In conclusion, we need more help in our houses because all live in a house. From the point of view of the parents the solution is in the education of the child, because it is a social problem and the majority is solved for the education.
