I think my best resource is going to be to engage with other workshop leaders -- swapping and sharing resources to build leadership capacities amongst ourselves. I can begin by working through the Building for the Future workshop by using my own school as a case study -- and even offering a mini-workshop in my own school using this framework. By working to "upskill" and build capacity within the teachers at my own school, I can deepen my own knowledge and understanding of the programme enhancements.
