Fact 2: A team should be composed with introverts and extroverts, since it is scientifically proven that a balanced team of introverts and extroverts, work better than a unbalanced team.
Fact 3: Research has shown that the “collective intelligence” of teams is based not on the average IQ of individual team members, but on the way team members take turns during conversations.
Fact 4: Teams work better when they include both men and women, a study found that teams with at least one woman tend to be strongest performers.

Tip 4: Never let someone do all the work, every one should work in equal parts.
