I have learned that DNA is important because it helps all the cells to do their special functions and makes each and everyone of individual. Also it is in the shape of a double helix. Watson and Crick made the 1st model while Rosalind took the x ray that they used to make it. It is composed of three parts deoxyribose sugar, nitrogen bases, and phosphate groups. Also cells replicate DNA exactly so they do the right function. one more thing Cars in the Garage and Apples in the Tree.

DNA is in the shape of a double helix and is composed of deoxyribose sugars phosphate and nitrogenous bases (which are adenine, thymine, gaunine and cytosine) they each connect to each other in a certain order, Adenine-Thymine/ Guanine-Cytosine. Every living thing that has ever lived has had DNA.\

I think that every cell should have dna because i think that everyone would be alike or probaly difrent and none would have a fraction of them on someone else. without dna for living cells would mean the coloor of a kangroo would be probaly red or a ladybug could be purple and would just be a mess

DNA, the blueprint for all living things in this world is made of several materials: Phosphates, deoxyribose sugar, and four nitrogenous bases.
The shape of DNA was not fully known until 1953 when two scientists (James Watson and Francis Crick) used images that another scientist (Rosalind Franklin) had taken. The now known shape of DNA is in the shape of a double-helix. The rungs of the helix or "ladder" are made of the four nitrogenous bases: Cytosine, Thymine, Guanine, and Adenine which pair up as so

Adenine+Thymine
Guanine+Cytosine

As for the "branches" they are made up of deoxyribose sugar and phosphates.
All cells contain exact copies of DNA to function and to reproduce exact copies of themselves that will eventually take their place.

EXTRA:
Cancer is the rapid and uncontrollable reproduction of cells in a living being resulting in tumorous growths.

~Diego Godinez
