Your departure from the team is a big loss for us but we are excited for bigger opportunities that you will and can have. We will miss your guidance and support.

We are very thankful for the patience and guidance we have received from you. You are such an amazing Manager to us and I never had a Manager as amazing and as hands on as you Jen!

Having to bid farewell to you is an incredible loss for the office. We will be missing your kind words and all the appreciations towards our work. Wishing you the best and good luck on your next journey. All of the kids will be so lucky by having your sweet care just like what you did to us!

Jennnnnnn!

It's very shocking for all of us that you are leaving (can we go with you? kidding!). We really love you, like all of you. Your jolly personality, being considerate, and you never let everyone in the team to feel unappreciated.

I remember one time, you really make time to make me feel better because of the escalations I am receiving due to the hiring status in position updating. You protected me to those predators (kidding again! hahaha). You're so mother figure <3

You said in one of our call that you wanted a bright or pastel hair color, I guess you can do it now hahaha. You can color your hair into pink or not hahaha, it depends on you.

Oh and I will never forget that you really go extra extra miles to be of assistance to all of us, that touchbase every night, we really appreciate it.

In short, you are so amazing and I am so grateful to get to meet someone like you. You're like a role model to me in terms of leadership. You're not a traditional manager and every management should learn from you!

No doubt that you will be amazing in what you will do next.

Come back to us [insert crying emoji since I don't know how to insert one here hahaha].
