         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Arrival/Dismissal-No<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- Arrival is okay.&nbsp; I am more comfortable dismissing Kindergarten from the classroom. There are too many people outside and in the classroom I can better make sure I know what scholar is leaving and with what grown-up/sibling.&nbsp;<br>2. Lunch Transition- Go<br>3. After School Enrichment- Go/No<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;- I worked after school academic enrichment for a semester and I just think it is a little too long. &nbsp;I would suggest shortening it to just 45/1 hour.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>3. Afterschool Enrichment- Go/No<br>- I worked after school both semesters. In my opinion, it is tooling for the younger students. The academic aspect was great but the students were exhausted by the end. 45 minutes to an hour would be better suited for this age group.<br><br></div>]]></description>
