         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think what caused rockets to go far is the weight of the rocket and angle. For example, when people took of their fins, the rocket seemed to go farther. Also, you need to put it at the right angle. I found that a good angle is usually something around 15 to 30 degrees.</div>]]></description>

I think that it went farther since it didn’t have fins, because the the fins and tape weighed it down. It think the  same about the clay. Lastly, I think it went farther because the launcher didn’t slam the stick, which leads to the more force that is there the less the rocket can go</div>]]></description>

Why because less force and less weight that’s on the rocket usually causes it to go further . It can also depend on the angle. For example , if the person put it at a higher angle it would proubally go further but if they put it to high it will just go straight up and not go far at all but if they put there light weight rocket it would proubally go further.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Wesley’s Answer: I think what causes the rocket to go far is the point. The fins, which are made out of notecard, actually SLOW (sorry for caps) DOWN the rocket, causing it to drop and accelerate less. The point out of clay, however, cuts through the air and makes the rocket speed and fly through the air for longer distances. When I launches my rocket, I noticed that ones with fins and dull points didn’t make it as far as the ones without<em> the fins and sharp points. This proves why a sharper point means a further distance.</em></div>]]></description>
