         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Wash clean rice then soak the rice from the clean air.<br>2. Blend the spices, turmeric, ginger, galangal, onion, and salt.<br>3. Spices that have been mashed then put in coconut milk and stir until blended.<br>4. Cook the coconut milk to boil.<br>5. Rinse the rice water then pour the coconut milk into the rice by filtered.<br>6. Enter the Salam leaf and lemongrass. Boil rice with low heat. During the boiled stir constantly until the water shrinks and the rice almost becomes rice. Approximately the level of maturity has reached ¾.<br>7. Take the Salam leaf and lemongrass from inside the almost ripe rice.<br>8. Prepare the pan to steam, boil water first.<br>9. Put the rice into the steamer pan.<br>10. Add the pandan leaves, Steamed rice until completely cooked or the term is perfectly cooked.<br>11. If you want to form rice, wait until cool. Let the rice cool by using room temperature.<br>12. To form it into a Tumpeng, you can shape it yourself or by using a Tumpeng mold.</div>]]></description>
