1. The documents I sent does not comply with my tentative. For example, my course outline indicates that I start at 9 am but my presentation was started at 10 am.

2. There were no highlighter or pointer used, which could assist my presentation.

3. I did not do a proper introduction to the class and jump right away to the course contents. Attendees does not know the session plan thoroughly.

   
   

4. I did not read the course objective to the class. After the introduction session, I started straight away with teaching. I should start by telling the course objective and learning outcomes.

5. When sharing the program content, trainer keeps on talking and explaining, in which he/she should just inform the participants on what is the content and move on to the next thing as it can be done later when teaching.

6. No ice-breaking session was made during the training session.

7. The participants who attended my 'Basic Microsoft Excel' class had 20-years experience, thus it raises concern on why a 20-years experienced employee attended it.

8. ⁠Attendees are not a working adults.

9. Training is not a telling class, so lecturing does not work. Thus, engagement is required to show a two-ways communication with audience.

10. If the training session is conducted virtually, trainer should be able to get all their participants to switch on their camera and I failed to do so, hence activities made by the participants were not seen. Hence, every participants need to show their faces virtually during the entire session.

11. I did not comply to the requirements of session to be F2F only.

12. Trainer talks in a quite slow pace as if pronouncing the words one-by-one. Even during the engagements she made, no one is responding to her.

    
    

13. I did not went thoroughly on the level and background of my participants, thus my delivery in English was not suitable and I did not consider using Malay language at all. It led to poor two-ways communication in class.

14. Trainers' questions may not be appropriate. Instead of focusing on the contents, trainers keep on asking participants 'Yes' or 'No'.

15. The class's mood is not uplifted as I keep on asking ridiculous questions, yet no one is answering. It appears that I failed to engage with the participants.
