I have gained a lot, not only learned a lot of academic knowledge and practical skills, but also met many wonderful friends from different majors in the University of Northampton, and met the knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers. 
Here I will show some of the daily assignments of the course, including writing drafts, feedback from teachers, notes during the study, etc. The work in these processes not only showed that I followed the teacher's rhythm to complete the pre-sessional course, more importantly, through these assignments, I made progress in writing and listening.
