According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), it is <mark>not very common</mark> either. The severity can range from person to person. Nonetheless, it will <mark>change your emotions, behaviour, and possibly how you perceive your environment</mark>. The treatments themselves may immobilize the person to a certain degree (mentally.) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I say positive, it is not because they are good. The NIMH classifies them as ''psychotic behaviors not generally seen in healthy people. People with positive symptoms may “lose touch” with some aspects of reality.''. Those symptoms that would <mark>cause people to lose touch with reality</mark> are:</div><ul><li>Hallucinations - Because seeing things would drive one delusional (appears as real to many.)</li><li>Delusions - Taking something as real which really isn't takes you away from the real world you are currently in.</li><li>Thought Disorders - This entails not being able to think in a concise and logical way anymore as would in a 'normal' person...thus, setting you apart.</li><li>Movement Disorders - Making body movements for no apparent reason that you would also not see in 'normal' people.</li></ul>]]></description>

But in this case the trouble focusing, memory issues, and inability to perform the same mentally <mark>don't change yourself</mark> from the normal society and <mark>instead is a lack of performance</mark>... for a lack of better words.</div>]]></description>

Under a CT/MRI scan of the brain, there can be seen difference of a non-schizophrenic and a schizophrenic. See 1st column for a picture example.</div>]]></description>

Since this mental illness is very much link to social psychological factors, the person affected will likely act different as well. As some people are suicidal, it may also be helpful to setup your environment to be able to avoid those situations.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Medications are common for this mental illness as it can be very severe. Usually medication is given in the form of a pill but it could also be an injection. Not all medications work for a patient and sometimes you need to experiment a different variety till one is found. There are also emergency medications (ex: Tavor) which is given during periods in time when there are larger issues until the problem can fixed with standard antipsychotics. </div>]]></description>
