It needs to look appetising, appealing with the range of colours.
The textures- there should be a range of textures smooths, crunchy, brittle or soft.
The smells should be as enticing as it looks.
Sometimes the sound of the crack of hard chocolate cracking or the sizzling of hot juicy kebabs or fizzy bubbles of the fruity cocktail.
Of course the taste is the overall most important dining experience there should be a balance of flavours. Salty,sweet,spicy, sour and umami.

The staff host and atmosphere also play at part in the experience it should be at the same high standards as the actual experience. The staffs behaviour can affect a persons experience. 
Menu options such as vegan and vegetarian gluten free.
