    I Chose Family because I thought the whole story was about him trying to get to his "dad" which he later found out was his grandfather. I also chose it because he always was talking about his Mother.  I chose Music because his Grandfather played music with his band and was famous because of his music. I also chose it because when Steady Eddie gave him the saxaphone, Bud was very excited and thankful. I chose Dry-Eyed because he would never cry even when he was locked it a dark shed with cockroaches and wasp in the middle of the night.
    I chose Foster Child because when he  was young his Momma died in her sleep. So Bud had to be a Foster child intill his long lost Grandfather adopted him. I chose Suitcase because he always had his suitcase by his side with some of his Mothers things in it. he wouldnt let his suitcase leave his side. I chose Sleepy LaBone because that was the Nickname the band gave him.

It really felt like a 500 page book because it didnt get to the point until the Very end. But I thought it was good besides that. I loved the part where he was traveling and the part when he drove off in the mans car because he thought he was a vampire. 
I also thought that the part where Steady Eddie gave Bud the saxaphone. I really thought Bud was the the nicest kid I ever met. I always laughed when he would say "SHUCKS".
