The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has presented the Two Light Luxury Apartments with two Best in American LivingTM Awards (BALA). These awards honour excellence in residential construction (NAHB).

The upscale residential tower that is situated in the middle of the Kansas City Power & Light District has been awarded the title of 'Best in Region' for the Central Region of the United States for the year 2018.

Additionally, the Platinum award for Multi-Family Development 8 Stories & Over, For Rent was given to the Two Light building.

The Best in American LivingTM Awards is the preeminent residential design awards programme in the industry. These awards are presented annually to professionals in the building industry who have redefined the standard of excellence for homes and communities on a local, regional, national, and even international scale.

The National Association of Home Builders in Cranleigh has presented Two Light Luxury Apartments with two Best in American Living Awards. These awards are given out annually.

This award is presented each year to recognise those professionals in the building industry who have been the most innovative and talented, both nationally and internationally, and who have redefined excellence for homes and communities.

In the middle of the Kansas City Power & Light District, the bar and restaurant Two Light first opened its doors in May of last year.

Following the precedent that was set by its predecessor, One Light, Two Light Luxury Apartments represent the next stage of urban luxury living in downtown Kansas City. These apartments are the city's second newly constructed high-rise apartment tower building in over 50 years, and they follow the standard that was set by its predecessor, One Light.

The 24-story, 296-unit tower was designed by Hord Coplan Macht Inc. of Baltimore, built by J.E. Dunn Construction of Kansas City, and curated by Rebecca Jones, who is nationally renowned as an interior designer.

Two Light is a residential building in the Power & Light District that features one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartments. It is situated at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and Truman Road.

In addition, Two Light features an extensive collection of artwork that celebrates Kansas City's past, present, and future. This collection of artwork can be found both inside the building and prominently displayed on builders Surrey.

Two Light has over 16,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, which is comparable to that of any luxury apartment or condo building located anywhere in the United States, and it includes the following features and amenities:

"During the process of designing Two Light, our team's goal was to create a contemporary glass volume that emerged from a masonry base to represent the resurgence of Kansas City from the rich urban context that can be found in the Power & Light District.

Both the interior and exterior of KC feature works of art that do an excellent job of expressing the history of the building.

Two Light was also recently chosen as the winner of the Capstone Award, which is presented annually by the Kansas City Business Journal to the real estate and development project that is deemed to have had the greatest transformative impact on the Kansas City region in the calendar year 2018.

In addition, the Kansas City Apartment Association has just recently bestowed upon Two Light two Crystal Merit awards.
